Custom items — made just for you
Every Tagz keychain is made to order from your unique design. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong quantity, or uploading a different image than intended.
We strongly recommend using the free 3D preview in the designer before checking out — what you see is what we make.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your keychain arrives damaged, has a print defect, or doesn't match the design you submitted, we'll make it right at no cost to you. Here's how:
- Contact us through our within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and a photo showing the issue
- We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice
We do not require you to return the original item.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Image rights
By placing an order you confirm you have the right to use the image in your design. We are not responsible for orders placed using images the customer does not have permission to use.
