Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your keychain ships.
How long until I get it?
Each keychain is made to order in 2–3 business days (often sooner), then ships free with tracking. Within the US, delivery usually takes about 3 days after it ships.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States, with more regions coming soon. Every US order ships free.
How much does it cost?
$11.99 each, with free shipping. Bundle and save — 2 for $20, or 3 for $25.
What can I put on a keychain?
Almost anything in a photo — your car or bike, a pet, a portrait, a company logo, a sports badge. Clear, well-lit photos with the subject in focus work best.
Can I see it before I buy?
Yes. Designing and previewing your keychain in 3D is completely free — you only pay once you're happy with it and add it to your cart.
How many colors can it have?
Up to four colors, including the base. The designer snaps your photo to our filament colors automatically so it always prints cleanly.
How is it made and what's it made of?
Each keychain is made to order, 3D-printed in durable matte PLA, about 50 mm across, and finished with a stainless-steel split ring.
What's your return policy?
Because each keychain is custom-made from your design, we can't accept change-of-mind returns. But if yours arrives damaged or isn't made the way you designed it, we'll remake or refund it — just reach out.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Send us a photo through our Contact page within 7 days of delivery and we'll remake it or refund you — no hassle.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If it hasn't gone into production yet, yes — head to our Contact page as soon as possible with your order number.
Can I use someone else's logo or a copyrighted image?
Only upload images you have the right to use. By placing an order you confirm you own or are licensed to use the image — we only make what you design.
